Understanding PropSign's Plans and Pricing
PropSign has three plans. All plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. Payments are processed by Paystack and can be made by card, EFT, or instant EFT.
Starter — R299/month (individual agents)
For solo agents or a principal who works alone. Includes 1 seat. Core features include document signing, client management, and POPIA-aware workflow tools inside the platform. Best if you do not need to manage a team.
Growth — R799/month (small agencies)
For agencies with up to 4 users. Everything in Starter, plus all templates, full compliance dashboard, WhatsApp integration, custom branding, and legal pack generation. This is the most popular plan.
Agency — R1,999/month (established agencies)
For agencies that need more scale. The Agency plan includes 8 users, unlimited documents, all templates plus custom forms, API access, and priority support. Additional agents can be added at R69.99 each.
Annual billing saves 17%
All plans can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is shown as the full yearly total: Starter R2,988/year, Growth R7,788/year, and Agency R19,788/year.
What happens when the free trial ends?
After 14 days, you choose a plan and subscribe. If you do not subscribe, your account becomes read-only — you can still view the workspace information that remains available, but you cannot send new documents. Signed records still follow the normal 72-hour post-signing window unless you export them elsewhere.
What if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, PropSign sends you an email immediately. You have 30 days to update your payment method and settle the outstanding amount. During those 30 days, you keep full access. After 30 days, the account becomes restricted, but signed records still follow the normal 72-hour post-signing window unless you already exported them.
Tip
Start with the free trial to get a feel for the platform. Most agencies find the Growth plan is the right fit. Review the live subscription flow before relying on plan-change timing or billing behavior as a customer-facing promise.
