Getting Started with PropSign

Welcome to PropSign! This guide walks you through everything you need to do to go from signing up to sending your first document. It takes most agents less than 30 minutes.

Create your account

Go to getpropsign.co.za and click 'Get Started'. Enter your email address and create a password. You will receive a confirmation email — click the link inside to verify your account.

Choose your workspace type

PropSign asks whether you are setting up as an Agency (you manage a team of agents) or as an Individual Agent (just you, working on your own). Pick the one that fits. You can always upgrade to an agency plan later.

Enter your details

For agencies: enter your legal business name, display name (what clients see), email, and phone number. For individual agents: just your full name, email, and phone. This information appears on every document you send.

Set your branding

Upload your logo and choose your brand colour. This takes 2 minutes and makes every document look professional. Clients see your branding — not PropSign's — on the signing page.

Complete the POPIA compliance step

PropSign is built for South African law. You will be asked to acknowledge a few legal declarations — POPIA data processing, AI disclosure, and sub-processor consent. Read each one and tick the box. This protects both you and your clients.

Activate your account

Click 'Activate'. PropSign creates your workspace, generates your legal pack, and starts your 14-day free trial. You are now ready to use PropSign.

Tip

You do not need a credit card to start your free trial. Your documents and client data are saved even if you decide not to subscribe immediately.
