All plans include a 14-day free trial. When you subscribe, PropSign opens a hosted Paystack checkout for your selected plan and billing cycle. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

You can cancel at any time before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and unused time is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Payments are processed through Paystack's hosted checkout. PropSign does not store full card numbers.

What happens after my free trial?

After 14 days, you can subscribe to the plan that fits your workflow. If you do not subscribe, you should expect a limited or read-only workspace experience based on the live product flow. Export any signed records you need, because active signing records still follow the normal retention window.

How does PropSign support POPIA responsibilities?

PropSign supports POPIA-aware workflows by providing notices, acknowledgements, and controlled document-signing steps inside supported flows. Your agency remains responsible for deciding what to collect, what lawful basis applies, and where records must be retained outside the active PropSign window.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

You can cancel before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and PropSign does not promise pro-rata refunds for unused time after that billing period has started.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paystack currently handles the hosted checkout. Card, EFT, and instant EFT options depend on the live processor flow presented during checkout.

How do Agency extra seats work?

The Agency plan includes 8 users. If your team grows beyond that, additional agents can be added at R69.99 each. Contact [email protected] or open an in-app billing support ticket to increase your seat limit.

How long do signed records stay in PropSign?
