A clearer picture of what PropSign provides and how to use it safely
This page explains who PropSign is for, how subscription billing works, what the current retention window looks like, and where agencies should still apply their own legal, operational, and archival processes.
PropSign was created to make South African property paperwork easier to send, sign, and explain. It focuses on the practical work agencies and individual agents do every day: mandates, leases, compliance notices, and client-ready signing flows.
Branded document signing workflows for property documents
Templates and forms for recurring document processes
POPIA notices, acknowledgements, and compliance support inside supported workflows
Legal-pack and policy-support documents for agency onboarding
Subscription billing through Paystack with email and ticket-based support
PropSign is not a law firm and does not replace legal advice.
PropSign is not a general long-term archive for signed records.
PropSign does not claim identity verification beyond the implemented signing workflow.
PropSign helps agencies run safer workflows, but it does not guarantee agency-wide legal compliance outside the platform.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. When you subscribe, PropSign opens a hosted Paystack checkout for your selected plan and billing cycle. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
All plans start with a 14-day free trial. If a scheduled payment fails, agencies currently receive a 30-day grace period to resolve the issue before restrictions apply.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. PropSign does not promise pro-rata refunds for unused time after a billing cycle has started.
Need help before subscribing? Contact [email protected]. After signup, agencies can also raise billing questions through the in-app support workflow.
PropSign supports POPIA-aware workflows by providing consent notices, acknowledgements, and controlled signing steps inside supported document flows. Your agency still decides what personal information it collects, why it collects it, and where final records must be retained.
Signed records handled through the current PropSign signing workflow remain available in the platform for up to 72 hours after signing. Agencies should export any records they must retain in their own approved archive.
If you need a longer statutory or operational archive, export the relevant records before the active retention window ends and store them in your own approved archive.
How we help agencies use the platform safely
PropSign aims to reduce confusion around signing, consent, and subscriptions by making the core workflow clearer and giving agencies the legal and support documents they need to run safer processes.
