Understanding Your Agency Billing and Paystack Grace Periods
PropSign partners with Paystack to handle agency subscriptions via card, EFT, or instant EFT where supported. Billing access and cancellation behaviour are controlled by the live subscription record, and your agency should still verify the exact production workflow before relying on it for broader rollout.
Managing Your Agency Subscription
You can view your current plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency), current status, billing interval, and renewal or cancellation timing by navigating to the Subscription page in your dashboard.
Seat Limits and Agent Invites
Your subscription tier dictates your team size. The Starter plan is locked to 1 seat, Growth allows up to 4 seats, and the Agency plan includes 8 seats. If you need more than 8 on Agency, additional agents can be added at R69.99 each through billing support.
The 30-Day Grace Protocol
If a scheduled Paystack payment fails or a trial ends without conversion, PropSign may place the agency into an overdue or grace-window state. The precise access level should be verified against the live production subscription flow before treating it as a customer-facing promise.
Data Protection During Overdue Status
A missed payment does not automatically erase agency records. Billing recovery, cancellation, and restored access depend on the current subscription state and webhook processing recorded by the platform.
