Prepare your document flow

Send the signing request
PropSign emails a branded signing link to the intended signer. Agencies can then manage their own follow-up process around that link.

Monitor status, respond to signer questions, and export the records you need before the active retention window ends.

PropSign was created to make South African property paperwork easier to send, sign, and explain. It focuses on the practical work agencies and individual agents do every day: mandates, leases, compliance notices, and client-ready signing flows.
Payments are processed through Paystack's hosted checkout. PropSign does not store full card numbers.
Billing and payments
All plans include a 14-day free trial. When you subscribe, PropSign opens a hosted Paystack checkout for your selected plan and billing cycle. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Data retention
Signed records handled through the current PropSign signing workflow remain available in the platform for up to 72 hours after signing. Agencies should export any records they must retain in their own approved archive.
