Understanding Your Agency Billing and PayFast Grace Periods

PropSign partners with PayFast to handle all secure agency subscriptions via card, EFT, or instant EFT. We understand that real estate cash flow can fluctuate, which is why we built a lenient 30-day grace protocol. Your data is never immediately deleted for a missed payment.

Managing Your Agency Subscription

You can view your current plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency), monitor your monthly usage, and download past invoices by navigating to 'Settings' and clicking on 'Subscription' in your dashboard.

Seat Limits and Agent Invites

Your subscription tier dictates your team size. The Starter plan is locked to 1 seat (Individual), Growth allows up to 3 seats, and the Agency plan offers unlimited seats. If you need to invite more agents than your current plan allows, you will be prompted to upgrade before generating the invite link.

The 30-Day Grace Protocol

If a scheduled PayFast payment fails, your account is not immediately locked. PropSign activates a 30-day grace period. During this time, your agency can still access the platform, but functionality is restricted to read-only mode — you can download existing signed PDFs but cannot send new documents. We will send automated email reminders every 7 days.

Data Protection During Overdue Status

Your client data, signed mandates, and audit trails are safe. PropSign will never delete your data simply because a payment was missed. Once the outstanding balance is settled via PayFast, full sending capabilities are instantly restored.
